The series explores the relationship between father and son and its role in the formation of male identity.
The works focus on a psychological dialogue between two internal figures the inner child and the internalized parent. Within this space, memories of childhood coexist with the adult self, shaping emotional responses, expectations, and patterns of behavior.
The project reflects on how experiences of care, distance, authority, and vulnerability are transmitted across generations. Each person carries traces of these relationships a form of psychological inheritance that continues to influence identity in adulthood.
The male figures depicted in the series exist in an ambiguous temporal state they can be seen simultaneously as sons, fathers, and individuals negotiating the memory of both roles.
Through these images, the series considers how personal history and family structures leave lasting “imprints” on the self, shaping the way masculinity is experienced and understood.
